440 Deer Valley Loop, Unit 1, Park City, Utah 84060 Our 2,750 SQ. FT. Duplex, Unit 1, is 3 years old and has 3 large bedrooms with 3 large baths, plus a half bath (Powder Room) off the living room. The Living Room and Dining Room consists of almost 900 sq. ft. of open space and has a beautiful carved wood mantle around a stone fireplace. The master bedroom has a large Jacuzzi bath tub and steam shower, a fireplace and high ceilings. Each bedroom is not only large, but is also on separate floors for total privacy.   All bedrooms have a stereo and VCR TV. A large TV is in the living room with VCR and DVD. The TV is equipped with Cable and the movie channels. All the floors are of Flagstone except the bedrooms. There are numerous beautiful pieces of Art hung throughout the unit. The furniture style is Country French. The kitchen has a Viking gas stove and is fully equipped and just off the Kitchen is a 12’ x 12’ covered patio which has the top of the line hot tub and barbeque.   There is a computer, fax, and of course, telephones. The computer has a DSL high speed internet modem to quiickly check your emails while you are enjoying the best ski vacation of your life. The telephones are available, but no long distance service is provided; a phone card or similar access for long distance service would be needed. This is a completely furnished home including a washer and dryer. For added comfort and that cozy feeling, the house is fully equipped with radiant heating. This home away from home is located exactly 1 mile below Deer Valley Snow Lodge and only 1 block from downtown Park City.
